One of my favorite parts of the event is its setting. Marina Park already offers some of the best waterfront views on the Eastside, and during Kirkland Uncorked, the entire park comes alive with music, laughter, and people enjoying everything our region has to offer. It's the perfect excuse to grab a glass of wine, stroll through the market, and enjoy a summer day on the shores of Lake Washington.
What makes the festival even more meaningful is that it also gives back. Kirkland Uncorked supports Motley Zoo Animal Rescue, a Redmond-based nonprofit that has helped thousands of animals find loving homes over the years. It's a wonderful reminder that great community events can be both fun and impactful.
