Director of Operations and Marketing
Payton is a passionate individual who loves to get things done & see matters through. She has a background of assisting executives in several different industries which has allowed her to acquire a unique skillset to effectively manage tasks, objectives, & priorities. When it comes to handling the everyday mundane tasks, this is definitely one of her strong-suits as she is never afraid to get her hands dirty, all with the intent to be proactive. 
 
While she finds fulfillment assisting the team, clients, & working closely alongside Yassi, she also loves to live a full life outside of the office. From flying helicopters around Puget Sound, traveling with her friends & family to widen her lens on culture & community, to living a very health-conscious lifestyle, she likes to live life a little on the edge. She insists that her beloved partner Kai & fur pup Luna, both help to keep her grounded.
